Returns Policy

Should you require to return any items please complete the returns form you received in your parcel or print a returns label from here.

Please notify and send an email to info@nicolecollection.co.uk quoting your order number, your name, product code and reason for the return within 3 days of receiving the goods. We suggest you check your order as soon as it arrives and email info@nicolecollection.co.uk if you have any problems or queries.  

We will require all products to be returned in their original condition and packaging with the returns form enclosed. We will not be held liable or take any responsibilty  for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs.

When we have received the returned items  your refund will be credited in the same method the original payment was made. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds can take anywhere from 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Please note that no refunds will be processed on any sale items or items that have been reduced in price.

Please note customers must arrange the return of the item by their own courier and at their own cost and also please provide a tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return

Any returns that are made and we find no fault with the item, we reserve the right to deduct 25% for adminstration and restocking fees.  Furthermore if any incorrect packs are received ie wrong ratios we will require return of the whole pack and any refunds or replacements will be made thereafter. 

Any refunds will be credited in the original way it was received to the same card.

Please note all UK returns must be received back to us within 5 working days.
